Fixed / reworked the Save system

• The pilots will keep their EXP and skills they learned (except if they died, then they lose everything).
• Their Stamina will reset after each run.
• You can now delete your save from the main menu.

Added a gallery to check the pilots you encountered

• You need to have the pilot deployed at least once to unlock it here (if they die, you need to do it again).

The UI for the preparation phase is also slightly different

• now the Material Balance bar is in view all the time. (Also the logic is slightly different, you first need to click on the pilot/robot then on the square).

Prices for pilots are different. There's a new 'value' stat that tries to guess how useful your pilot is. Updated the tutorials.

Hope it's bug free! Otherwise I'm still leaving the previous versions here. Next I wanna flesh out the characters + their skills and maybe improve the AI !
